We will exert maximum effort to ensure that the final outcome is of the highest quality possible and satisfies our customers.

Despite individual variations in our musical preferences, we always strive to reconcile any differences and achieve the customer's desired result. This may involve trying alternative approaches, seeking feedback from colleagues, or dedicating extra time to the project.

We take pride in never having delivered a mix to an unhappy client.

Please note that while we do not offer refunds for completed products, if a project is cancelled during the process, for any reason, we will not charge you and will refund your payment, minus the transaction fee if you paid in advance.

When you buy the service from us, you keep control and rights over every single track that you send to us. We provide a service, but the end result will be yours forever.

Think of it like this: your car is broken down, and you take it to the repair shop.

Think of it like this: your car is broken down, and you take it to the repair shop. They fix it up, and soon you are back on the road. At no time during the repair is the car owned by the shop, right? The same logical rules applies to our services!

One exception

And that is when you buy actual recordings from us, individual tracks or complete backing tracks.

You are then purchasing a license to use the track forever, but the the actual track is ours and we will supply information about who is playing and what instrument. That information goes on your countrys collective society for performers. It's the same thing as bringing a live session musician in to record on your track in a regular studio. They need to be credited because they are hard working people!

There is more than one way to pay for our services.

If you live in Sweden or Europe we can send you an invoice by email.

Notice that we do not release the bought tracks until payment has landed in our accounts. (Don't worry, you can listen to the song as much as you want using our links in the meantime.)

In all other places in the world we use PayPal as our credit card middle men. They offer services to pay in installments, pay later, and other great options to be able to pay securely and safely.

All transactional questions needs to be adressed with PayPal directly since we have no control over this after you press that button, as it should be. Their secure login and credit card handling is amazing, but strips the merchant of any control what so ever.

Because we don't have a lot of expenses. It's as simple as that.

Our studio is located in a 9 square meter hut next to our house in beautiful Dalarna, Sweden. The studio is acoustically treated and measures well for it's size, and we are using premium gear from Focal, MunroSonic, RME and Metric Halo that offer amazing quality for both recording and playback, but other than and the computers and software we use there isn't really anything that costs a lot of money.

Our studio, in the glow from the beautiful northern lights

Since a good while back we are mixing exclusively in the box to be able to work on multiple songs at once to keep costs down, and to save on the electricity bill. This means lower costs for us: less maintenance costs, minimal electrical bills, no assistants and no studio time where we can't work because we are waiting for approval or feedback from artists.

Less is more! Would we love a rack of outboards to play around with? Sure, but that would also mean higher fees for the customer, and we really care about you guys!

We love small budget, home made songs made by night all tired and exhausted after putting the kids to bed. That is where the heart and soul is. And, since we are also one of those people, we know how much music means to these people! We do everything we can to make sure we are as affordable as possible for everyone!
